User name is the same username as your admire username.
When you log in, the page you were on previously will open up (not the log in page). This is extremely helpful when sending a link. It will open up to the exact page you send. (For example, http://junkforjoy.oorah.aws/donation/82330 will pull up a test account.)
There are multiple tabs to use in this portal. So far there are Donations, Tasks, Agent, and Accounting. More tabs will be released soon.
Donations allows you to see all donations that Junk for Joy ever received. Use the highlighted box to search for record #s, lot #s, phone #s or emails. On that front page you can see the date, record #s, type of car, status, the tower assigned to that donation and the donor’s name.
When searching for a phone number, do not use () since the search engine will not match it to the correct phone number. Use the filter button on the top to search by status or donation owner or any other option listed.
