The status of each donation/lead needs to be updated manually. Statuses are found on the top right side. After working on a follow up, change the status if needed.

Leads & Lead Follow ups
When creating a lead, please make a follow up assigned to yourself called lead follow up so the donation will not be lost. Each rep is responsible to complete their own leads.
If the donor would like to cancel his donation:
- reply to the donor that his donation is canceled
- change the status write a reason so it will save correctly on all screens. Remember to press ‘save’ when done.
- Please also email/call the tow company to cancel the pick up.
- Please close all open tasks
When marking a car picked up:
- Change the status to picked up
- Fill in the pop up that appears reminding you to fill in the pick up date
- Please close all open tasks
On Hold Donations
The main reason a donation will go on hold is if we need pictures or if we need a VIN to assign it.
If pictures come in, please classify the email/text as tow fee so R Shoykhet can check it. Please add a log to the donation that pictures came in. The OP dept will take care of the rest.
If the VIN comes in, please add it to the donation and thank the donor. Please change the status to pending so the assigners can catch it.
