You access the Junk for Joy chats portal here.
Sign in:
The user name is emma@junkforjoy.org and the password is Swarth1805#
The “S” must be capitalized!
Once you are signed in, click on the smiley face located in the bottom left of the screen. You will then see a name of a representative who was last working on chats. Click on that name (there is also a smiley face) and highlight their name and type your name and then click “save changes”.
Click on “Agents” on the left hand side. When there is an incoming chat you will hear “incoming chat”. Go to chats on the upper left of the screen. In order to access the canned chats you will need to click on “#”. See the video below for more detailed information on how to access canned messages.
You should remain on queue during your Junk for Joy chat shift. If a chat comes in, then you can place yourself on chats status in Five9.
When your chat shift is over, click on the smiley face in the bottom left of the screen. Then toggle off where is says “accept chats”. Then log out by clicking on log out and following the instructions.
