During your slot you are also responsible to clear incoming emails, texts, and abandoned calls in the communications tab in Jump. As a reminder, if you are returning Junk for Joy abandoned calls, you must switch your campaign to Junk for Joy before dialing out and switch it back to Kars4Kids after you are done making the calls.
Once you have responded to the email/text you can classify it as updated and close it out. If you update a VIN to a record, it is important to change the status to pending so they can get a towing company assigned.
As a reminder, Copart may say they can’t pick up without the VIN. You can respond back to Copart with the following message: Junk for Joy does NOT require a VIN for any donations. Please reach out to the donor to schedule a pickup with this donor. While scheduling a pick up, feel free to request a VIN.
Please classify anything that is title (Copart post pickup), rush pickup, violations, or rush pickup related and leave it open in the filter.
