If a vehicle is picked up by Copart and there’s a title issue (car has not been sold), please send the calls/emails/ texts directly to the title department.
Any emails/texts should be classified as Title Email from Donor and left Open. If the donor calls in, please message the title clerk assigned to the followup or Mrs. Schneider to let them know you are transferring a J4J donor to them. Please also give them the record number.
