If a donor needs a rush pickup, first tag the donation as a rush. Then once the donation is saved, create a phone ticket (in admire) and classify it as a rush
If a donor wants a rush while taking down a new donation, click the box shown below
If the donation is already in the portal, you can find the same box in the Admin tab. Click edit and check off rush
It will now create a red tag on top of the donation. All rushes will be taken care of by R Shweky.
If a donor whose record is tagged as Rush sends us an email/text, please do not reply but rather classify it as rush and keep the status Open.
