Boats, motorcycles and RVs are done a little differently in Junk for Joy.
If a Tow Fee email or pictures of a boat/RV/motorcycle come in, please classify it as tow fee. (You can email R Shoykhet directly as well if you want.) Please add a note in the portal stating that pictures came in.
If you take the donation by phone, please advise the donor that we will need pictures. You can email or text them so they can respond easily. Please create a task called Need Photos. (unassigned).
Please change the status to ‘on hold’ reason being ‘need photos of vehicle’.
